1. What is the Thanksgiving campaign about?

The Thanksgiving campaign allows eligible Bluedot users to receive a bonus of up to $10 from their most expensive charge made on Thanksgiving Day (November 28, 2024).

2. How do I qualify for the campaign?

To participate, you need to complete at least 5 in-app charges in November before Thanksgiving Day (November 28, 2024).

3. What happens if I make multiple charges on Thanksgiving Day?

We will refund up to $10 from the cost of your most expensive charge made on Thanksgiving Day.

4. When will I receive the bonus?

Eligible users will receive their bonus within 7 business days after Thanksgiving.

5. Are there any restrictions on the charges?

  • Charges must be made using the Bluedot app.

  • Only charges completed by Thanksgiving Day at 11:59 PST will count toward eligibility.

6. How will I know if I qualify for the bonus?

You will receive a confirmation email or in-app notification if you meet the campaign requirements.

7. Do I need to take any additional steps to claim the bonus?

No, the bonus will be credited automatically to your Bluedot account within the specified timeframe.

8. What should I do if I don’t receive the bonus within 7 business days?

If you don’t receive the bonus within 1 week after Thanksgiving, please contact us at help@thebluedot.co or through Live Support in the app.

9. Is this campaign available to all users?

Yes, this campaign is open to all Bluedot users in regions where our services are available.
