What to do if you have a suspicious debit card transaction on the Bluedot Card

First of all under Regulation E and Zero Liability policies, you have certain protections against unauthorized transactions. You don't need to worry about this.

If you have a suspicious transaction on the Bluedot debit card and are not aware of it, they should contact VISA and create a dispute file. Creating a dispute file often involves compiling information about transactions the cardholder believes to be unauthorized or fraudulent and sending that information to the card issuer for investigation. Here are the general steps you can follow:

1. Review Transactions

Carefully review your debit card statements or online transaction history to identify any transactions that you believe are suspicious or unauthorized.

2. Gather Information

For each suspicious transaction, gather as much information as possible, including transaction dates, amounts, merchant names, and any other relevant details.

3. Contact Card Issuer

To formally start the dispute process, please call our card processor's Toll-Free Number 1-833-333-1098. They will guide you through the submission process.

Note: Provisional Credit for a fraud dispute will be received in 5 business days after the dispute was filed.

4. Contact Bluedot Live Support

Please contact with Live Support after create dispute file with VISA.

We take these matters very seriously. Once you report the dispute, we will conduct a preliminary review. This includes looking into your past transactions and any related information. Following this, the card processor will undertake a detailed investigation to verify the transaction and determine the next steps. Rest assured, we'll work diligently to resolve this issue promptly.

You may be eligible for Provisional Credit. This means if the dispute meets the necessary criteria, we can temporarily credit your account within 5-10 business days while the investigation is ongoing. This credit is intended to ensure you're not financially disadvantaged during the dispute process. However, it's important to note that Provisional Credit is not immediate, as it allows us to perform an initial assessment and protect against potential fraud.
