If you are trying to add the card via in-app instant provisioning, please try adding the card manually.

If the problem persists, make sure you follow the steps below:

  • Please be sure entered your card information correctly.

  • Please make sure you are using a phone with a US SIM card.

  • Please make sure to fully update the wallet app in the app store.

  • Please ensure biometric/passcode lock is enabled on the Phone.

  • Please try restarting the phone and reinstalling the wallet app.

  • Please make sure on iPhone, the device and Apple ID region is set to 'United States':

    1. Settings → General → Language & Region

    2. Settings → Click on Name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Country/Region
