What should I do if the station detail says 'No Status' where it should normally say start charging?

If you encounter a 'No Status' message in the station details, it means that there is no data available from the station. This could be due to an error with the station itself or with the network provider (e.g. ChargePoint, EVgo). Unfortunately, there is no way to solve this issue with Bluedot. In this case, we recommend that you seek support from the customer services of the network to which the station belongs. Alternatively, you can choose a different station to charge your vehicle.
