Important Changes to the Boost Membership Program and Bluedot Wallet System

What is happening to the Boost membership program?

Boost membership program will not continue. Boost members will be downgraded to normal membership in the first week of July.

Why is the Boost membership program ending?

We are discontinuing the Boost membership program to make way for a new and improved membership scheme, which will be introduced alongside our new wallet system.

What will happen to my Boost membership?

All Boost memberships will be canceled in the first week of August. After this date, the benefits associated with the Boost membership will no longer be available.

How will the cancellation affect my current charges?

Boost membership users have been benefiting from a $0.25/kWh tariff. After the cancellation of the program, all users will return to the standard $0.30/kWh tariff for their charges.

Will there be a new membership program?

Yes, we are excited to announce that a new Boost membership program will be introduced. This will coincide with the launch of our new wallet system. Details about the new program will be shared soon.

When can I expect the new Boost membership program to start?

The new Boost affiliate program will be released shortly after the current program and Bluedot wallet system are released. We will provide more specific dates and details as they become available.

How can I stay updated on these changes?

We will keep you informed through our official communication channels, including email updates and notifications within the app. Please make sure your contact information is up to date.

Thank you for being a valued member of the Boost community. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these changes, but we are confident that the new membership program and wallet system will provide an even better experience for our users. Stay tuned for more updates and information.
