How can I transfer my money to my bank?

To transfer the money in your Bluedot account to your bank, you will need to request an account closure. The process for refunding the money in your account begins after we receive your account closure request.

If you wish to close your account and transfer the remaining funds to your bank, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a Closure Request: Email your account closure request to help@thebluedot.co. (Please include the reason for closing your account in your email.)

  2. Processing Your Request: Once we receive your request, we will initiate the process to close your account and transfer your remaining balance to your bank account.

Please ensure that your email includes all necessary information for a smooth and timely processing of your request.
