We understand that questions about earning points can arise from time to time. To help clarify, we’ve outlined specific scenarios where points are not earned during your study sessions. This guide aims to ensure you have a seamless experience and know exactly how to maximize your points.

1. Using Flash Cards Only Mode

If you’ve enabled "Flash Cards Only" mode in your account settings by selecting Account Settings > Choose Flash Cards Question, you will not earn points while studying in this mode.

2. Resetting Chapters

When you reset a chapter (i.e., restart a chapter from the beginning), points will not be earned for questions in that chapter after the reset.

3. Studying Accumulated Questions

Reviewing questions through features like My Favorite Questions or My Submitted Questions will not result in earning points. These sections are designed for additional practice, but they are not included in the point system.

4. Hard or Wrong Button Usage

If you select the Hard button in multiple-choice questions or the Wrong button in flashcard questions to move to the next question, points will not be awarded for that question.

5. Providing Incorrect Answers

Points are only awarded for correct answers. Unfortunately, if your response is incorrect, no points will be earned.
