Have you ever noticed that when using our platform on your phone, some question answers appear cut off or partially hidden? This is a common issue, and it usually happens because of your phone’s font or display settings. If your font is set to bold or your screen is zoomed in, it can affect how the content displays.
Below, we’ve outlined easy steps to fix this on both Android and iPhone devices.
For Android Devices
1. Check Font Settings
Open Settings on your phone.
Go to Display (or Display & Brightness).
Tap Font size and style.
Make sure the Bold font is turned off and adjust the font size to a normal level.
2. Check Display/Zoom Settings
Open Settings.
Go to Display > Screen zoom (sometimes called Display size).
Adjust the zoom/size slider to the default or standard setting.
Once these adjustments are made, try accessing the content again—it should display correctly.
For iPhone Devices
1. Check Bold Text
Open Settings.
Go to Accessibility > Display & Text Size.
Make sure Bold Text is turned off.
2. Check Display/Zoom Settings
Open Settings.
Go to Display & Brightness > View (Display Zoom).
Make sure it is set to Standard instead of Zoomed.
After adjusting these settings, your questions and answers should display properly on your iPhone.
