Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming bill date. 

You will always receive an email before and after you are charged. If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription, we do have a 2-week refund policy for first-time users. (Users are only considered "first-time users" when they first create an account. Creating subsequent accounts with different credentials or email addresses does not constitute a "first-time user".)
