Within Comprehensive Study, if there are no Learning or Review today questions left, then New questions questions will be shown to you at random, by reference. This way as you go through your material for the first time, you'll see each question from one reference back-to-back until you finish the reference. This'll help provide context towards what you're studying, as you familiarize yourself with the material.
