If you are experiencing technical issues with our app after recently downloading it from the App Store (or not using it for some time), you can take the following steps to initiate a patching process that will address them. Once you have downloaded and synched your app for the first time, close it down completely (NOTE: Do not just minimize, or delete the app. This will not initiate the solution.), and then re-open it. This forces the app to connect with our servers and upload patches for known issues. (Ensure you are internet connected prior to re-opening the app)
