If you are experiencing technical issues with our free companion app after recently downloading it from the App Store (or after not using it for some time), you can take the following steps to initiate a patching process that will address them. Once you have downloaded and synched your free companion app for the first time, close it down completely (NOTE: Do not just minimize or delete it--this will not initiate the solution.), and then re-open it. This forces the free companion app to connect with our servers and upload patches for known issues. Please also ensure that you are connected to the internet prior to re-opening it.
