Your clients trust you with their most sensitive information — and you need to know that information is safe. BlueMind is built with security and privacy at its core, so you can focus on advising, confident that your data is protected.

Encryption and secure hosting

All documents and data shared through BlueMind are encrypted and securely cloud-hosted. Your client records, policy details, and documents are protected both in storage and in transit.

Regulatory and privacy compliance

BlueMind is built to meet the standards that matter in our industry. We comply with:

  • FINTRAC — Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre

  • PIPEDA — Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act

  • Quebec Law 25

  • HIPAA — Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act

  • CCPA — California Consumer Privacy Act

  • CPRA — California Privacy Protection Agency

  • ISO 27001 best practices

  • SOC 2 Certification Type I (Type II in progress)

Audit logs and accountability

BlueMind maintains comprehensive audit logs covering authentication, data access, administrative actions, and AI inferences. Activity reports are available so you can see what happened, when, and in what context.

On the Team plan, this extends to a per-change audit trail showing who changed what and when — so accountability is clear across your whole team.

Additional security on the Team plan

The Team plan includes multi-factor authentication, adding an extra layer of protection for accounts with multiple users, along with user access privileges so you can control who can see and do what within your workspace.
