Troubleshoot common BlueMind login problems — resetting your password, missing reset emails, verification issues, and browser errors.

How to log in

BlueMind accounts use your email address and password. Go to the BlueMind login page, enter your credentials, and select Log In.

BlueMind is a cloud-based platform, so you can access it through any browser on any device — no installation required.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password yourself:

  1. On the login page, select Forgot password?

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.

  4. Follow the link in that email to create a new password.

If you don't see the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

I'm not receiving the reset email

If the reset email doesn't arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there.

  • Confirm you're using the right email address — the reset email is sent to the address on your account. If you've entered a different address, no email will be sent.

  • Add BlueMind to your safe senders list so future emails reach your inbox.

My password isn't working

If your password is being rejected:

  • Check that Caps Lock is off and that you're typing the password exactly as you set it.

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address for your account.

  • If you recently reset your password, be sure you're using the new one, not the old one.

If you're still locked out, use the Forgot password? link to reset it.

I can't verify my email address

If you've just created your account and haven't received your verification email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll help you activate your account.

The page won't load or I'm seeing errors

If BlueMind isn't loading properly, try these steps:

  • Refresh the page.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.

  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private window.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • The email address on your account

  • What happens when you try to log in (including any error message)
