Instructions for how to delete a Staff Member from your Blueprint account.

Permissions

Clinician: Cannot edit or delete any Staff Members

✅ Supervisor: Can edit or delete Staff Members with Clinician-level Permissions only

Biller: Cannot edit or delete any Staff Members

✅ Admin: Can edit or delete any Staff Member


Important Notes

  • Deleting a Staff Member will immediately revoke their access from their Blueprint account.

  • If there are any Clients currently assigned to the Staff Member being deleted, you will be prompted to either archive or reassign their Clients to another Staff Member.


How to Delete a Staff Member

  1. Navigate to the Users page by Clicking your name in the upper right and Selecting Users

  2. Find the Staff Member you want to remove -- you can click anywhere in the row to select them.

  3. Click Delete User in the lower right of the window

  4. If there are any Clients currently assigned to the Staff Member being deleted, you will be prompted to either archive or reassign their Clients to another Staff Member.

  5. Click Permanently Delete User button to delete the Staff Member
