  1. DATA CONTROLLER

    As the data controller, your data shall be processed by FLUIDRA S.A., with registered address at Av. Alcalde Barnils, 63, 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), and holder of NIF A17728593.

  2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

    Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of handling and replying to any queries or inquiries that you may submit.

    The legal basis for processing your data is the consent given by you to do so.

  3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

    Your data shall not be assigned, sold, leased or otherwise made available to third parties, except in the case of FLUIDRA’s service providers that render certain services to FLUIDRA, which shall under no circumstances process them for their own purposes. Some of these service providers may be based outside of the European Union, as stated in the “International Transfers” section.

  4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

    FLUIDRA, as an international company, has international service providers that may render their services from outside the EU. As a result, it is possible that your data may be transferred outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

    In any event, FLUIDRA shall ensure that such data processing is protected by the appropriate safeguards, which may include:

    Standard clauses approved by the EU: These are contractual clauses approved by the European supervisory authority that provide sufficient safeguards to ensure that data processing complies with the requirements established by the European Data Protection Regulation.

    Third Party Certifications: These are framework agreements between various public authorities that establish a standardized framework for data processing pursuant to EU General Data Protection Regulation requirements.

  5. TERM OF PROCESSING

    All data that you provide to us shall be processed for the time required to deal with your questions or inquiries.

    Once the term stated in this section has come to an end, FLUIDRA shall keep your personal data on record duly masked for statistical purposes or market surveys, provided this is possible, or duly locked in order to comply with any legal obligations to which the company is subject.

  6. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS

    You may at any time withdraw your consent to your data being processed for any of the above purposes.

    You make likewise exercise your rights of data access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by sending an email to dataprivacy@fluidra.com.

    Should you have any inquiries or claims about how we process your personal data, or any other questions related to this matter, you may contact our Data Protection Officer by email at dataprivacy@fluidra.com, with the subject line “Data Protection Officer”. Should you not receive a reply within a reasonable amount of time, namely, 2 months, you may lodge a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
