Consumer customers can cancel purchases of Biodiversity Units prior to the completion of the contract (i.e. prior to the delivery of the Metric file and other completion documents that constitute the units themselves).
Prior to the circulation of the completion documents, you can cancel your order by downloading the attached form, completing it and emailing it as an attachment to support@bngx.com.
Please include "Cancellation", your order reference code and the date of the purchase in the subject line of your email.
