How do I see the current status of my purchase?
The current status of your purchase as determined by our systems and those of our financial services provider, Stripe, is always visible on the home page of your account. Simply go to app.bngx.com.
I've paid, but my account doesn't appear to reflect this?
Stripe needs to run various checks when your funds arrive with them. Whilst this typically happens instantly, in some cases they may need to make further checks.
Your units have already been taken off the market and reserved for you, and we'll prepared your documents as soon as your funds do settle.

I accidentally transferred excess funds
If you've accidentally transferred more funds than you needed to, Stripe will attempt to return any excess funds to you.
