Resetting passwords if you’re the only user or administrator
We’ll need to reset your password for you. You’ll need to:
Fill in the password reset form and click Submit.
Print the form by clicking on View/Print Request for a New Password.
Get the form signed by the owner of your company’s BNZ bank accounts.
We’ll send you an email to let you know when you can log in again.
Resetting your password if you have an administrator
Talk to a BNZ Banking administrator within your organisation. They can log in and give you a new temporary password.
Resetting passwords if you don’t have an administrator
We’ll need to reset your password for you. You’ll need to:
Fill in the password reset form and click Submit.
Print the form by clicking on View/Print Request for a New Password.
Get the form signed by the owner of your company’s BNZ bank accounts.
Scan the form and email it to onlinerequests@bnz.co.nz or fax the form to +64 4 474 7777.
Resetting passwords with Admin Plus
If your site’s been set up with Admin Plus, you’ll need two administrators to reset your password. One administrator starts the process from the ‘User list’, and a second administrator confirms and assigns you your temporary password.
Resetting another user’s password if you’re an administrator
If you’re an administrator and you want to reset another user’s password:
Go to the Administration tab.
Select User list from the left-hand menu.
Find the user who needs to have their password reset.
Click on Reset Password in the Actions column.
Enter a password in the Temporary Password fields.
Click Save.
Forgotten NetGuard PINs
If you’ve forgotten the PIN for your NetGuard token, or you’ve locked it, you’ll need to ask us for a new one.
Forgotten user ID
If you’ve forgotten your user ID, your administrator can provide you with that information. If they’re not available, call us on 0800 269 4242 (+64 4 931 8234 from overseas, charges may apply).
