Setting up, editing, and deleting automatic payments

Use automatic payments to pay set amounts regularly – like your rent, or payments to a credit card or savings account.

Setting up an automatic payment

  1. Go to the Transfer/Pay tab.

  2. Select Create an Automatic Payment from the left-hand menu.

  3. Enter the details of the payment.

  4. Select the date you want the payment to be made, and how often it should repeat.

  5. Click on Next – your payment is now ready to be authorised.

Editing an automatic payment

To make changes to an existing automatic payment, or to skip a payment.

  1. Go to the Transfer/Pay tab.

  2. Select Transfer and Payments List from the left-hand menu.

  3. Scroll down to Upcoming Automatic Payments and find the payment you want to change.

  4. Click on Edit, then make your changes to the Payment Details section, or enter the number of payments you'd like to skip in Payment Cycles to Suspend.

  5. Click on Next – your payment is now ready to be authorised.

Deleting an automatic payment

  1. Go to the Transfer/Pay tab.

  2. Select Transfer and Payments List from the left-hand menu.

  3. Scroll down to Upcoming Automatic Payments and find the payment you want to delete.

  4. Click on Delete, then Confirm.
