If your token is broken, lost or stolen, or the battery is flat, you can ask for a new one.
If you’d rather use your mobile to authenticate, instead of replacing your token, you can also follow the steps to activate the BNZ Business app.
To replace your NetGuard token:
Print off and complete the NetGuard replacement form.
Get the form signed by the owner(s) of your company’s BNZ bank accounts.
Scan and email the form to onlinerequests@bnz.co.nz or fax it to +64 4 474 7777.
We’ll send you a new token in 3-5 business days, and put a temporary NetGuard Bypass on your account while you wait for your new token to arrive.
