Introduction
A note is a block of information you want to communicate to viewers of your agenda, but which does not occupy any time. Examples might include:
the date and time of a future meeting
logistical information such as details of where a board dinner will be held immediately after the meeting
Worth knowing: Notes only appear in agendas
Notes are only shown in exported agendas - they do not appear in exported minutes.
Key information about notes
Notes:
can be indented inside section
cannot have any agenda block indented inside them
have a name and may include details - but do not have any time, action, paper or participants associated with them
will always be shown as a standalone item on your exported agenda, irrespective of whether they are indented inside a section or not
Adding a note to an agenda
Adding a note to an agenda is as simple as dragging a note block from the right hand side of the agenda canvas and dropping it onto the agenda canvas where you want it. For more information on agenda building, click here.
Configuring or editing a note
Once you have a note block on your agenda canvas, you can configure it or edit it by:
clicking the edit icon on the right hand side of the note, which will launch a side panel
editing the name of the note and including details about the break if desired
either clicking Done or clicking out of the side panel
Deleting a note
To delete a note:
click the edit icon on the right hand side of the note, which will launch a side panel
click the Delete button
