To enhance your compliance capabilities, BoardX allows you to download Authority Framework Content Packs that align with specific regulations or acts your organization needs to follow. These content packs break down complex documents into manageable principles and sections, link necessary compliance objectives and documents, and map out roles you simply need to assign to team members. Here's how to download one:
Navigate to the Advanced Compliance Dashboard within BoardX.
Click on the '+ New' button located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
3. In the dropdown menu, select Authority Framework.
4. Hover over the Authority Framework of your choice ,then click Get the Content Pack
5. Wait for a confirmation email that your content pack has been downloaded and is ready to use on your dashboard.
Once downloaded, you'll need to assign personnel to the predefined roles and set up control launch dates. This setup helps automate your Authority Framework, making compliance management more streamlined and effective.
