Reading a BoardPack

With BoardX, we not only autogenerate your BoardPack from your agenda. We allow each meeting attendee to add personal notes on the BoardPack document while you're preparing for the meeting. So that you know, all notes you have added are only for your view. Let's begin!

  • Select the play icon to watch the BoardX BoardPack Reader Intro Video.

    Step-By-Step on how to navigate and annotate BoardPack

    • Select Dashboard

    • Select a meeting of your choice.

    • The meeting page should be open.

    • Select the Orange BoardPack rectangle.

    • A drop-down window should appear with the following options:

      • Preview

      • Download

      • Delete My Notes

    • Select Preview.

    • The BoardPack Document window should appear in the BoardX PDF viewer.

    • From this page, you are available to:

      • Annotate BoardPack

        NOTE:
        Use the toolbar on top to add a note, highlight, text box, etc.
        Your BoardPack annotation is only available to yourself and will be automatically saved in the PDF viewer.
        The system also will remember your Progress if you need to leave the document and revise it later. Select Save Changes & Close. The next time you open this document, it will jump straight to where you left off.

      • BoardPack View options:

        • Thumbnails View

          • In the Thumbnail view, you can also select multiple pages.

        • Outline View

    • Menu icon options:

      • Fullscreen

      • Download

      • Print

      • Dark mode

      • Language

    • Comments icon options:

      • Search comments.

        • Start typing a comment you are looking for in the Search comments bar.

          NOTE:
          All comments with the relevant wording will appear highlighted.

      • Sort by - Position, Created date, Modified date, Status, Author, Type, Colour

    • Search for Document:

      • Select Magnifying glass icon.

    • Start typing the name of the document into the Search document bar.

    • All relevant document pages with highlighted wording should appear under the Results Found section.

      NOTE:

      • When you select the document page under the results found section, your document page appears in a blue frame.

      • When you select Mark as Read? Square, Green Read wording appears at the bottom of the document. It notifies you that you have read the document, and the next time you open the BoardPack, it will remind you that you have read the document.

      • If you have made any Annotations or the Document page is Marked as a Read page, remember to Save changes & close.
