Now that you have logged in to our system, the first thing we recommend is filling out your profile page. It’s important for your organisation to have all board members’ information stored in one place. Follow these steps to complete your profile:
Accessing Your Profile
Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
Updating Your Personal Information
Add your personal details. This information will only be visible to you and your administrators.
If required by your organisation, upload your proof of address and proof of identity.
Additional Profile Enhancements
Beneficial Owner: Add yourself as a beneficial owner under the About tab if applicable.
Profile Photo: Upload a profile photo to personalise your account and improve the system’s visual appearance.
Email: If you wish, you can add your email in the Contact and Social tab for the other members to see.
Diversity Information
Input your diversity information to help your organisation better evaluate the board’s diversity.
Skills and Experience
Navigate to the Skills section.
Click Select Skills to open the skills list.
Check the skills that apply to you and click Apply. (If no skills appear here it means your administrator has not activated the skills portion of the account yet.)
Rate your proficiency for each skill by selecting a value from the dropdown menu. Values run from 1-5
Timezone Settings
Edit your timezone in the settings if it applies to ensure your meeting times are displayed accurately.
By completing these steps, you ensure that your profile is up-to-date and aligned with your organisation’s requirements. This helps maintain consistency and ensures a smoother experience for all board members.
