Orders with Custom Forms

Managing orders with services that use forms

Updated over 2 months ago

Boatyard provides custom forms that are used for specific services such as winterization or spring recommissioning. The form is pre-filled with any known information about the customer, such as their name, boat information, etc.

This video will give you an overview of how the digital form process would work for your customer and team.

Managing Your Custom Form Orders in Boatyard

To see the forms, you'll navigate to your orders page. On your orders page, you can filter orders to display those with either forms "Awaiting Completion" or "Completed".

Open up an order with a form, and you'll see the form in the order's timeline.

  • If a form is marked as β€œForm Sent,” it means the link was sent but not completed by the customer.

  • If a form is marked as "Form Completed", this means the customer filled out and submitted the form.

You can view the form by clicking on "View PDF" from the timeline of the order.
