This help article is for contractors and technicians and will show you how to activate your Boatyard Pro account and log into the Boatyard Pro app.
💡Note: MarineMax team members do not need to activate their accounts. Once your account has been set up, you can log into the Boatyard Pro app with your MarineMax email address and password.
Activating Your Boatyard Pro Account
First, a team member will need to add you as a 'Technician' or 'Contractor' in the Boatyard dashboard. Once they have done this, you will receive an email invitation.
Click the 'Activate Your Account' button in the email.
Next, you will be asked to enter your email address and pick a password.
Then, click ' Sign Up'.
Be sure to use the email address that received the invitation email. If you enter a different email address, you will not be able to receive your jobs.
After you've hit "Sign Up" you'll be taken to a new screen that says "Congratulations! Your account has been activated."
Below this text, there is a button that says "Download the App". Click on the button to download the Pro App onto your phone.
Logging into the Boatyard Pro app
When you open the Boatyard Pro app you will be asked to sign in.
Use the email address that you previously registered with and the password you previously set to log into the Pro App.
Downloading the Boatyard Pro App
Open up your phone's camera and scan the QR code to download the Boatyard Pro app.
