Update Boddle Premium Subscription

How to renew, change, or cancel active Premium subscriptions.

The process to cancel your subscription will vary depending on the platform you originally used to sign up. Select the platform where you made your purchase:

Your child's Boddle Premium subscription will automatically renew monthly or yearly, depending on what type of subscription you've purchased.

You can update your subscription at any time. If you ever cancel, your membership will still be valid until the end of the current billing cycle. Plus, all the premium items your learner has collected will be safe and sound!

The process to cancel your subscription will vary depending on the platform you originally used to sign up. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Select the platform where you made your purchase below, and we’ll give you all the steps you need to update your subscription.

To cancel:


Boddle -

  1. Sign in to the parent portal

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner

  3. Select Manage Subscriptions

  4. On any tile, select Manage Subscription

  5. Click Cancel Subscription


  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.


  1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.

  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Tap Cancel subscription.

  4. Follow the instructions.

You will not qualify for a refund if you purchased a monthly term subscription. You qualify for a refund during the first 14 days of an annual term subscription. A refund will not be granted after 14 days of an annual term.

A refund will only be granted by first requesting a refund by email to contact@boddlelearning.com prior to canceling your membership subscription, and the refund amount will be issued to the method of payment used to purchase the membership - no credits will be issued.
