To change the grade level for multiple students:
Select the Students Tab on the left → Click Change Grade Level at the top
To change an individual student's grade level:
Select the Students Tab on the left → Click on a student → Select a grade level from the Dropdown → Save Changes
Let’s change your students’ grade level, starting from your Teacher Home Page. Find the classroom with the students whose grade levels you would like to change. On the left side of the screen, click the “Students” button.
Select the “Change Grade Level” at the top of the page. Choose the grade level you would like for the selected students. Confirm your choice by pressing the blue “Change Grade” button at the bottom of the pop-up.
You can also change the grade level for individual students by clicking on the student profile and clicking on the dropdown to select the desired grade.
Now, you have successfully changed the students’ grade levels! Note that changing the grade level will reactivate the placement test for those students.
