When the 90 day contract expires without a sale, what happens?

Bōde only charges 1% of the sold price to a ceiling of $10K if and when you have successfully sold your home. There are no upfront or hidden fees and no nickel and diming along the way.

If your home doesn't sell, you have the option to continue to list with us for another 90 days (which we highly recommend, especially in a buyer's market), or you can expire your listing. Let us know before your contract renews for another 90 days and we will take your listing down.

When you are ready to enter the market again, you can re-list your property with just a couple of clicks!
