You can request a viewing by following the steps below:
Go to the top navigation and click "Search for homes" then "Find a home on the dropdown menu. The link will take you to the search page .
You can apply the filters and/or move the map so that you see all the homes on the market in locations of interest.
Click the "View Listing" button on the listing card of any home you are interested in viewing.
On the Listing page, you will find a lot of useful information including the viewing times offered by sellers. When you have selected the date and time you prefer, click on the "Submit Request" button and an email will be sent to the seller.
The seller will confirm, decline or request a different time. All of this information will be sent to you via email. If you'd like to reach out to them directly, simply click on the "Message Seller" button and converse with the seller via the messaging feature.
When you buy using Bōde, there is no cost to you as the buyer and also no cost to the seller.
