Check out Market Data to understand how quickly homes are selling in your neighbourhood so you have transparent information and expectations about the pace of selling your home. Just so you know, it often takes longer than 90 days to sell a home.

If you have not sold your home within the 90 days, we will send you an email letting you know we are approaching the end of the 90-day listing agreement.

You will have 2 options:

  • Choose to extend. Your listing will stay live on Bōde, MLS and 100+ other sites. We will continue to advertise your home and drive traffic to your listing to get a deal that you are excited about. It is important to note that your listing needs to stay off the market for 14 days to re-set your DOM on MLS.

  • Choose to expire. Your listing will come down from Bōde, MLS and 100+ other sites. If you sell your home to a person within 30 days who was brought forward from Bōde's advertising or listing efforts, you will be charged the 1% fee. If you choose to expire, your home can be re-listed with a couple of clicks from your account.

Bōde is the only way to get the best of both worlds - the ability to sell to both buyers with agents and without. Bōde sellers have a 9% higher success rate of selling their homes because they are in control and empowered by the information they need.
