Payment options
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — secure payment via Stripe, confirmed with 3-D Secure in your banking app.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link — one-tap card payment.
- BLIK — body4mind.pl only; the code is valid for 2 minutes, confirm it in your bank app straight away.
- Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives, in cash or by card. A COD fee is added: 39 Kč (CZ), 1,50 € (SK), 7 zł (PL), 690 Ft (HU). Paying online removes this fee but not the delivery fee.
If / Then
- The courier sent you an SMS with a link to pay for your cash-on-delivery parcel → that is the courier's normal COD process (DPD, PPL, DHL, SPS all offer it), not a scam. You can also pay the courier at the door.
- Your card payment failed → see "Payment failure / 3-D Secure". Nothing was charged; simply place a new order.
- You need an invoice for a company → enter the company name at checkout, or write to us afterwards with the company details and we re-issue the invoice.
Notes
- We never ask for a bank transfer before delivery and never send payment links by email or SMS.
- Prices at checkout include VAT; delivery and COD fees are shown before you confirm the order.
