How it works
- The 30 days count from the day your first order is delivered.
- Write to us from the email you used at checkout, send the product back to our warehouse (FHB Group, Priemyselná 3, 900 21 Svätý Jur, Slovakia) and we refund within 14 days of receiving it — usually within 5 business days.
- Card payments go back to the original card; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, so send us your IBAN.

Notes
- The guarantee applies to the first order only. Later orders are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products.
- The refund is made after the returned parcel reaches us (or you send proof of postage); delivery fees and return postage are not refunded.
- Damaged, opened-on-arrival or wrong items are handled separately and don't need to be returned — see "Wrong / damaged item".
