Depending on your province and the treatment being shipped, your package might need a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the package will be held at the nearest post office for pickup. Typically, you’ll have up to 14 days to collect it. If you don’t pick it up within that time, it will be returned to our warehouse.
