Want to see a product in person before you start selling it? Bonfire Pro makes it easy to order samples directly from your store at cost.

How Sample Orders Work

As a Bonfire Pro subscriber, you can order any product from your store at cost.

Your first sample order also includes Super pricing tier, giving you access to our lowest product costs (up to 35% off standard sample pricing on eligible products).

To place a sample order, you only need:

  • An active Bonfire Pro subscription or free trial

  • At least one product in your store

You do not need to connect a bank account or set up payouts before ordering samples.

Place a Sample Order

You can order samples directly while editing a product.

  1. Open any product in your store.

  2. Click Order Samples in the top toolbar.

  3. Select the variants and quantities you'd like to order.

  4. Complete checkout.

View Previous Sample Orders

You can review past sample orders and place additional sample orders at any time.

To find your sample orders:

  • Go to Orders → Sample Orders in the sidebar, or

  • Click the sample order banner on your Home dashboard

From there, you can view your order history and start a new sample order.

Track Your Sample Order

Sample orders can be tracked just like regular customer orders.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be available on the order details page.
