What types of tutoring do you offer?
Bonjour Tutors provides:
Private, one-on-one French tutoring
Online instruction only
Services for students from Junior Kindergarten (JK) to Grade 12
We do not offer group classes, in-person lessons, or adult tutoring.
Do you offer tutoring for adults?
No. Our services are designed exclusively for school-aged students (JK–Grade 12).
Do you offer subjects other than French?
Our primary focus is French instruction aligned with the Canadian curriculum.
In select cases, additional academic support may be available in French, depending on tutor expertise and availability.
Availability is confirmed during enrolment.
Curriculum & Academic Approach
What curriculum do your tutors follow?
All tutoring is aligned with the Canadian school curriculum, including both Core French and French Immersion programs.
Instruction is adapted to each student’s grade level and school expectations.
How do you determine what my child needs?
The first lesson includes a structured assessment to:
Evaluate current proficiency
Identify strengths and learning gaps
Establish instructional priorities
Following the assessment, tutoring proceeds on a weekly basis with clear academic objectives.
How is tutoring customized?
Private one-on-one instruction allows tutors to:
Adjust pacing

Instruction is structured but flexible to support consistent progress.
Online Learning Experience
What platform do you use?
Tutoring sessions are scheduled and managed through TutorBird.
TutorBird is used to:
Maintain the weekly lesson schedule
Share lesson summaries
Track student progress
All sessions are conducted online.
Test Preparation & Academic Support
Do you provide support for exams or assessments?
Yes. Tutoring may include preparation for:
School-based evaluations
French Immersion academic requirements
Select standardized assessments, where appropriate
Specific preparation needs are discussed during enrolment.
