Are lessons scheduled weekly?

Yes. Tutoring operates on a weekly, auto-renewing schedule.

The agreed weekly time is reserved for your child and continues each week unless services are paused or cancelled in accordance with our policies.


What happens if I cancel a lesson?

Because tutoring operates on a weekly commitment, cancelling a scheduled lesson does not remove the charge for that week.

If a lesson is cancelled, a credit will be issued for a future make-up session.

Credits:

  • May only be used for a make-up lesson

  • Cannot be applied toward a regular weekly session

  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

Parents are responsible for scheduling make-up sessions based on tutor availability.


What happens if my child misses a session?

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson is considered a missed session.

Missed sessions are charged in full and no credit is issued.


Can I pause my child’s tutoring?

Yes. Tutoring may be paused for up to 30 days while retaining the same weekly schedule and tutor, subject to availability.

Pauses longer than 30 days may result in reassignment of tutor or schedule.


What hours are tutoring sessions available?

Tutoring sessions are available daily, including weekends, within tutor availability.

Specific scheduling options are confirmed during enrollment.
