Our tutoring service operates on a weekly subscription model.
When you register through our checkout form, your payment details are securely collected and saved in your TutorBird account.
Payments are automatically processed each week after your tutor records the session as completed.
You can cancel your subscription or request a tutor reassignment at any time.

To see all transactions & invoices on your account:
Log in to Tutorbird.
Click on the "Account & Invoices” section on the left side menu.

We don't have access to your payment details as they are securely stored in Tutorbird.
Our payment processor guarantees the safety and confidentiality of your card information.
