✖️ Cancelling Lessons
If your child's unable to attend a tutoring class for any reason, to cancel the session:
Log in to your TutorBird account.
Select the "Cancel” button on the homepage.
📖 Note
To cancel the lesson, you can also notify the tutor via email before the session starts.
You can cancel your session anytime before the class begins.
⏭️ Steps After the Lesson is Cancelled
After the lesson is cancelled, we’ll contact you to reschedule a session in the following days.
⛔ Missed Classes
If you don't attend your session (without notifying us in advance), it will be considered a “missed session”.
We’ll still have to compensate the tutor for their time. As per company policy, missed sessions are billed without the option to reschedule
