These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to our Charge Anywhere 24 Days of Free Charges Promotion (the “Promotion”) and are separate to the Charge Anywhere Terms and the OVO Energy Terms and Conditions which govern the supply of energy to you (“Core Terms”) and any additional terms and conditions which relate to your chosen OVO Energy tariff.

The promoter is Bonnet Limited (“OVO", “We”), which has its registered offices located at 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED and is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12281063.

“You” is the person who is taking part in the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1.1 From 1/12/2024 to 24/12/2024 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”), we will be giving away 100 free EV charges on a chosen charging network each day.

1.2 Each day during the Offer Period, you can see which charge points the Promotion is available in the OVO Charge app (the “App”). A percentage (%) icon will show next to the charge points included in the Promotion on that day. You will also receive a push notification. 100 free charges are available each day for the first 100 customers to charge. Customers can see if the free charges have been used up as the percentage icon will no longer be visible at the charge point on the app.

1.3 The first 100 eligible customers who charge on the day’s chosen charging network will have the cost of that charge deducted from their bill.

1.4 For clarity, a day is from 00:00 to 23:59.The Promotion will run from 00:01 on 01.12.2024 to 23:59 24.12.2024.

1.5 This Promotion is UK only.

1.6 Only one free charge per customer per day is permitted.

2.1 The Promotion is open to Charge Anywhere customers who have downloaded the OVO Charge App;

2.2 Customers must be one of the first 100 customers to charge their EV at a qualifying charging network charge point on a day the Offer is available at that charge point.

2.3 Entrants must be over 18 and resident in the UK.

3.1 The discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. It cannot be used on OVO’s other products and services.

3.2 OVO reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.

3.3 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms. OVO reserves the right to withdraw the free credit where to anyone found to be in breach of these Terms.

3.4 OVO reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

3.5 These Terms are governed by English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
