These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to our Charge Anywhere Free Instavolt Charge promotion (the “Promotion”) and are separate to the Charge Anywhere Terms and any additional terms and conditions which relate to your chosen OVO Energy tariff.

The promoter is Bonnet Limited (“OVO", “We”), which has its registered offices located at 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED and is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12281063.

“You” is the person who is taking part in the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1.1 From 3.2.2025 to 3.3.2025 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”), we will be giving away £20 worth of EV charging to new Charge Anywhere customers charging for the first time and who have not previously added or redeemed any promotional codes (on any public charger) using the OVO Charge App.

1.2 To redeem your free charge you will need to download the OVO Charge app (the “App”) and create an account. You will be asked to add your card details when creating an account. You will then need to apply the promotion by adding the discount code shown on the adverts for the Promotion which can be found on Instavolt charging screens during the Offer Period. To add the code goto settings > promotions > discounts and then ‘Add Code’

1.3 A £20 discount will be applied to your first charging session session.

1.5 This Promotion is for customers in the UK only.

1.6 Only one free charge per customer.

2.1 The Promotion is open to new Charge Anywhere customers who have downloaded the OVO Charge App, created a Charge Anywhere account and who have not previously charged their EV using the App.

2.2 Entrants must be over 18 and resident in the UK.

3.1 The discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. This Promotion cannot be used on OVO’s other products and services or alongside any other Charge Anywhere promotion.

3.2 OVO reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.

3.3 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms by participating in the Promotion. OVO reserves the right to withdraw the free credit where to anyone found to be in breach of these Terms.

3.4 OVO reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including without limitation, where fraudulent behaviour or another breach of these Terms is suspected

3.5 These Terms are governed by English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
