In the event they are incurred, we will always pass on any additional fees from an operator. We never add additional charges to operators fees. The parameters of the overstay penalty are always set by the operator.

Overstay fees are highlighted before a charge in filters, the location overview screen and on the connector confirmation screen.

Users on version 2.18.1 or later can also get overstay fee warnings with our status updates feature that is available with a Light or Turbo Boost. Find out more about what's included in Boosts here.

We don't yet display parking fees in the app but we have recently become aware of a small number of locations that have associated parking fees. We are working on making these prominent in the app.
