In the past we offered two types of Refill discounts:
Fixed, monetary discounts (£) for example, £20 off your next refill
Percentage discounts (%) for example, 20% off your next refill
As we are discontinuing refills, we will have to retire these codes. However, we don't want to leave those of you who have legitimately claimed these codes out of pocket. So we will be migrating the codes as per the formula below:
Fixed Refill discounts e.g. “£20 off any Refill for 2 months” These will be turned into Charging Credit of the value of the lowest Refill in your country.
For example, if I have £20 off any refill for 2 months I will receive £8 in Charging Credit for 2 months
Percentage Refill discounts e.g. “50% off any Refill” These will also be turned into Charging Credit of the value of the lowest Refill in your country.
For example, if I’m a German user with a 50% discount on Refills, I will receive €10 (cost of LIGHT Refill in Germany)
