To view all of the charging records made by drivers of your company through the OVO Charge app, navigate to the ‘Charging records’ tab.
The summary panel, which will show insights for the current filters:
Session kWH: total kWh charged
Session Cost: total cost of sessions, inclusive of any overstay fees
Charging time: total time that your drivers have spent charging their vehicles
Overstay fees: Some charge points apply an additional cost if a vehicle is left plugged in once fully charged, to discourage charge point hogging. This can either be a flat fee or applied per minute. The total cost of overstay fees is displayed.
The charging records panel, which will show individual charging records for the current filtered time period.
You can navigate between pages of charging records by selecting the arrows in the bottom right corner, and expand or reduce the number of rows by selecting ‘Rows per page’.
You can change what is shown in this screen by selecting the ‘Filter’ button. Here you can select which drivers, countries and time periods you want to see charging records for. Please note that any filters you apply will also affect the summary panel.
You can download charging records by selecting the download icon, next to the filter button. This will allow you to obtain a CSV file of all the records that you have in your current filter. Please note that there is a limit on the download size of 10,000 rows.
