One way to earn rewards on OVO Charge is to submit photographs of chargers. Once your submissions are received, they are subject to a verification process. In order to improve the chances of your submissions being approved, we kindly request you adhere to the following guidelines:
Please ensure to capture a clear image of the charger, ideally positioned centrally within the photograph.
Include the charger’s surrounding environment if it is difficult to locate. Please ensure that the photo is taken within a 5-meter radius of the Charger.
Kindly avoid including any visible number plates within the image.
For the sake of clarity and quality, please take the photograph from an external viewpoint rather than from inside a vehicle.
Refrain from capturing the provider’s pricing details within the image.
Ensure the image is in portrait orientation for optimal display on our platform.
For the best visibility, we recommend taking photographs during daylight hours, unless there are currently no other images of that particular Charger in our system.
If there are already ten photographs of the same Charger in our system, we encourage new submissions only if they provide fresh or updated information about the Charger’s surroundings. e.g. if there is new infrastructure or surroundings around the charger that isn't present in other photographs, this will be accepted.
While we genuinely appreciate your efforts, please understand that the acceptance of any submitted photo ultimately lies at the discretion of our review team here at OVO Charge. This is to ensure that all shared content aligns with our quality standards and provides the most valuable information to our community. We understand that you might have put a lot of effort into your submission, and we want to reassure you that all submissions are carefully reviewed and considered.
