How to delete your Bonsai account

Follow these steps to delete your Bonsai account.

Deactivate your Bonsai account

Note: De-activating your account will archive all your projects, proposals, contracts, invoices and other account data.

To deactivate your account, navigate to your 'Settings' > 'My Account' and click the 'De-activate Account' button at the bottom of the page:

Deactivating your account will automatically downgrade any active subscription you have, while also archiving your projects and other account data.

If you'd like to restore your account at any time, you can reach out to our Support team and we'll allow you to log in with that same account again, though some of your data may not be recoverable.

Permanently deleting your account data

If you wish to permanently delete all data associated with your account, please contact our Support team. Please be aware that some accounts may have restrictions on complete data deletion due to operational or legal requirements.

Once this action is taken, your account data will be entirely unrecoverable, and we will not be able to restore it in the future.
