You cannot mark a proposal template, scope of work template, or quote template as declined because proposals are automatically marked.

Go to proposals, https://app.hellobonsai.com/proposals and place your cursor over the icons to the left of the titles to see your proposals statuses. Orange/red means the proposal was declined, green means it was accepted, and gray means the proposal is a draft.
