Update your public profile:
Click your logo on the top right side of the page while signed in to your account
Select My Profile
Click Edit Page
Enter your information in the fields you desire
Click Save Changes
Disable your public profile:
To disable you public profile and ensure it does not appear on any search engines, go to your account settings and click "Disable".
