If you have refunded a payment via Bonsai Payments, the full amount your client paid will be refunded to them. In addition, Bonsai will refund the payment fees to the client.
For example:
In the case where the client didn't pay the fees
For an invoice of $100, the client paid $100
You received $96.80 (after payment fees)
If you refund, they'll receive back $100
$96.80 from you
$3.20 from Bonsai (payment fees)
